We are in the process of adapting Mia to the latest version of populse_db (V3)).
I'm opening this PR to collect the changes needed after this adaptation, for mia_processes.
This will allow us to merge dv_v3 branch into the populse_mia master branch, db_v3 into the mia_processes master (this PR), populsedb3 into the capsul master and 3.0 into the populse_db master at the same time.
